Welcome to Caluri Si, an AI-powered food, calorie, and nutrition tracking app provided by Caluri Si. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Caluri Si helps you log meals, estimate calories and macronutrients, track weight and water, and review nutrition insights. You can scan food photos, manually add foods, and adjust ingredients and portions before saving.

2. AI estimates, not medical advice

Nutritional values shown by Caluri Si are estimates produced by AI image analysis and an ingredient database. They are not exact values and are not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Caluri Si does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and does not guarantee weight loss or any health outcome. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before saving them and for any decisions you make based on the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Caluri Si offers a paid Pro plan billed through Paddle, our payment provider. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is processed by Paddle; we never receive or store your full card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the profile information and food entries you create. You may edit or delete your food logs, weight entries, water logs, and goals at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from the app at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass scan or subscription limits, upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caluri Si and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on estimated nutritional values.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
