Caluri Si ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Caluri Si mobile app and website.

We collect the following to provide the service:

• Account: your email address and name.
• Profile: age, gender, height, weight, activity level, goals, and dietary preferences.
• Food logs: meal entries, ingredients, portions, and the food photos you scan.
• Health tracking: weight entries, water logs, and goals.
• Scan logs: records of AI scans and their outcomes.
• Support: support tickets and any messages you send us.
• Payments: subscription plan and transaction references (processed by our payment provider).

2. How we use your information

We use your data to provide calorie and nutrition tracking, calculate your daily targets, display progress, process Pro subscriptions, and respond to support requests. Food photos are sent to our AI vision provider to identify food and suggest ingredients.

3. Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, which handles your payment information securely. We do not receive or store your full card or payment instrument details.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the app, such as our AI vision provider for food identification and a payment provider for payments. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your food images to train AI models.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your food logs, photos, weight history, water logs, goals, scan logs, support tickets, and profile are kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual entries at any time, or delete your entire account from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes all of your data. Some financial records may be retained by our payment provider for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Security

Food photos are stored privately and only you can access them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can review and edit your profile, food logs, and other entries at any time. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or on this page.
